About Our Chapter

The Stony Brook Chapter of Society of Physics Students serve our community by increasing engagement and efficacy in physics. We run outreach programs, collaborative workshops, and host talks by students and professors alike. Our primary goal is to build a community for those interested in physics here at Stony Brook University where they can connect with like-minded individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, and make friends for life.

We welcome all Stony Brook students who share an interest in the enjoyment and shared learning of physics. This website features a number of resources that we've compiled for the benefit of our members here, and anyone else who might come across them.
